What is your shipping policy?

We try to ship the order the same day, but because we can also be found a lot by bicycle, this is sometimes difficult. If it is no longer possible to send your coffee today, we hope for your understanding.

Can I return my coffee?

You can of course return unopened bags. If there is a problem, you can always contact us via the contact page or via info@moraleriders.com. Then we will gladly solve this with you.

Do you also do sponsorship?

Is your coffee real cycling coffee?

We have put together our coffee in consultation with our roaster to meet different needs per type. Of course you can also enjoy our coffee if you are not cycling yourself.

Is your coffee fair trade?

Our coffee is not fair trade, but direct trade. This means that we buy our coffee beans directly from the farmers, so that there is no large intermediate party in between, so that even more money goes back to the coffee farmers. In this way we can offer you the quality we stand for, and we can also guarantee that the coffee farmers are treated fairly.
