Your cancellation rights for orders
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you receive the Goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order and no fees will be charged for such refund.
Conditions for returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for return, you must ensure that:

The following goods cannot be returned:

The delivery of Goods which by their nature are unsuitable for return, spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed.

The delivery of Goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions.
Only normal priced goods can be refunded. Unfortunately, goods for sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if not permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. That is why we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot issue refunds without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.
If the goods were marked as gifts when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.
If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the giver had the order shipped to himself for later delivery, we will send the refund to the giver.
